Only professional members of the press qualify for complimentary registration. That determination will be made solely by PHMA, and at its discretion, PHMA reserves the right to offer or restrict Media Passes on a case-by-case basis. Media Passes are avalable to editorial staff writers employed by a trade publication, mainstream media outlet (newspaper, radio, TV, etc.), or online magazines. Freelance writers, podcasters, photographers, videographers, contributing editors, or bloggers may request press passes if covering for a specific publication or topic-related article

Members of the press who are working with complimentary credentials are prohibited from soliciting business from sponsors, speakers or attendees. During the convention, press must identify themselves at all times. Press attendees must visibly wear their press badge as well as their PHMA name badge. During sessions, press attendees shall introduce themselves and their reporting publication or affiliation before asking their question

After the conference, electronic copies of published articles must be submitted within 30 days to the PHMA Media Relations Director at or hashtag Phma2020

All persons, including members of the press and those attending the convention with complimentary Media Passes, must always comply with all PHMA policies, including the Code of Conduct. PHMA publishes, adheres to, and enforces a Code of Conduct (the “Code”) which includes clearly defined policies on anti-harassment, non-discrimination, accessibility, weapons, and illegal conduct. Violation of the Code may result in expulsion from the event, a ban on attending future events, revocation of membership, and/or revocation of any or all privileges or offers associated with attending PHMA in any capacity. The PHMA Code of Conduct may be reviewed at any time
